A great restaurant can make your prom night all the more special. Atlanta has
a number of choices to fit all styles and budgets. Some are traditional favorites
while others are new and less known. This list is in no way complete, but offers
some suggestions based on comments from past groups and places that we like to eat...
We hope that you find these recommendations useful.

This restaurant has regained its place as our top choice. Without a doubt, this is
THE RESTAURANT for a fine dining experience. Located atop the Westin Peachtree Hotel,
it has great atmosphere overlooking the entire City of Atlanta, great service, and great food.
And, they are prom friendly. You can order from the menu - prices are on the high-side
of moderate - or we can arrange for a pre-set prom menu for your group.
Reservations are recommended. Groups are welcome.

Overlooking centennial park in the CNN Center, this restaurant is a find for a great dining
experience. They can easily accommodate large parties and welcome prom groups.

The restaurant for the bold...for several reasons. Exceptional food for those who like it
spicy - not "burning hot" but incredibly flavorful. Everything is prepared fresh, and for
large groups, family style dining is available (lots of food, and you just help yourself).
Disclaimer - this restaurant is not in the best part of town. If your group is not taking a
limo, go somewhere else. For those who have an escort (limousine) you'll find the ride to
Cabbagetown well worth the trip.

Great restaurant with upscale atmosphere. Nice variety on the menue, but if you like sushi,
you've got to try the "Oh My God" roll... 'nuff said.

A great restaurant with Atlanta quality and Alpharetta prices. Formal enough for
prom dresses and tuxedos, but not fru-fru. Good food and service, yet moderately priced.
One of our top choices for groups not wanting to go downtown.

Marietta Area
Pacific and Vine
The 1848 House (770) 428-1848

A little bit of Buckhead, lost out in Marietta. Upscale atmosphere, priced on the
high-side of moderate. Some of the dishes were on the "fancy" side, but still good
portions. Prom groups would feel at home here, without the drive to downtown.
